Interactive Digital Signage by Industry
Every sector uses screens differently. These pages show how TapGest's interactive campaigns work in malls, sport venues, electronics retail, food and beverage activations and telecom marketing.
Interactive digital signage is not one product applied to every sector. A fan walking into an arena, a family passing a confectionery stand and a shopper deciding between two phones behave differently in front of a screen, so the interaction has to be chosen for the setting rather than reused from the last campaign.
This page maps the industries TapGest has delivered campaigns in, the interaction type that fits each one, and the real deployments behind that recommendation. Each section links to the full industry page and to the underlying solution.
Interactive Digital Signage for Shopping Malls
Malls already have the screens and the footfall. TapGest adds the interaction that makes visitors stop, play and remember the campaign.

Fans come for the atmosphere. AR digital signage lets them step into it — appearing on screen with the players, the league and the brand.
Learn moreInteractive Displays for Electronics Retail
Electronics sells on experience. Gesture-controlled displays let shoppers interact with the campaign before they ever pick up the product.
Learn moreInteractive Brand Activations for Food & Beverage
Food and drinks brands win on moments. A gesture-controlled game turns a screen in a busy space into a branded moment with a prize at the end.

Telecom brands talk about connection. Interactive digital signage lets them demonstrate it live, in a public space, between real people.
Learn moreWhat decides the right interaction
Before choosing a format we look at five things about the location and the campaign:
Audience
Who passes the screen — commuters, families with children, sports fans, buyers already in a purchase decision.
Venue
Corridor, entrance, atrium, store floor or event zone, each with a different amount of space in front of the display.
Campaign objective
Brand recall, a prize handout at a stand, a shareable photo, or a product demonstration.
User flow
How long a person is willing to stand there. A short spin round and a full AR photo session are not interchangeable.
Display environment
Screen size, orientation, lighting and where a camera can realistically be mounted.
Industries we have delivered in
Interactive Digital Signage for Shopping Malls
Typical use case: Stopping foot traffic in a corridor or atrium during a brand campaign or a seasonal promotion, usually alongside a promoter stand handing out the prize.
Interaction that fits: Short touchless rounds and AR photo moments. Nothing that requires a queue to wait several minutes, and nothing that requires touching a shared surface.

Typical use case: Drawing attention to a specific device or product line in a retail environment where competing brands are on the same floor.
Interaction that fits: Touchless, camera-tracked interaction on the screen, so the demonstration is hands-free and hygienic in a shared retail space.

Typical use case: Impulse categories where the decision happens on the spot and the prize can be the product itself, handed over at a stand next to the screen.
Interaction that fits: Gesture-controlled prize games. Touchless matters here more than anywhere else, because a shared touchscreen next to food is a problem.
