OC Repy in Prague belongs to the portfolio of projects of Trikaya Asset Management Group, for which we also handled the Futurum Brno project. The Řepy shopping centre will undergo a complete redevelopment and reconstruction in 2020 and 2022. From the original two buildings, one has been created, which offers visitors 3,400 sqm more retail space, a new food court and restaurant, new services, but most importantly a modern attractive environment.The centre offers a total of 14,500 sqm of leasable area. It is a modern catchment OC, where the owner has bet on technology also in the form of TapGest touchscreens, which helps the marketing intention of streamlining communication with the customer.
