JIHLAVA CITY PARK
Citypark is the largest shopping centre in Vysočina. The four- to five-storey building with more than 25,000 square metres of net area contains a shopping arcade with shops, restaurants, services, cafes and entertainment. The building's rooftop addition houses a four-screen multiplex with 501 seats. The building also contains a covered parking garage with hundreds of secure parking spaces on the two lower levels. The project belongs to the CPI PROPERTY GROUP, which also includes the projects OC Quadrio Prague and Futurum Hradec Králové, and in which we have also made implementations. In order to streamline communication with customers and new possibilities of promotion, this shopping centre offers the possibility of free advertising to tenants.
We and our tenants are very satisfied with the digital panels from TapGest. Within seconds we are able to communicate current offers, promotions and information messages to our customers. In addition, we have eliminated the cost of producing permanent map media. This way, the centre plan is available to all customers at any time at the click of a finger and on all access routes in the centre. This modern feature was missing from our centre in the past and we are really grateful for it.
